Monthly report for Comunidad Latina community

Greetings,

We are happy to present you our first monthly report in the Steem Alliance community which is providing valuable support to communities and moderators around Steemit. We are here in representation of Comunidad Latina community, a place dedicated to support Latino users and content in Spanish or Portuguese.

Our main activities are based on curation, promotion of Steem through contests and campaigns on Twitter (you can follow our twitter account here: https://twitter.com/cotinanetwork?s=21), and development. @cotina is also a Steem Witness, which is willing to represent and support any initiative carried out by users in this region of the world. We are also involved on charity activities by providing liquid donations to direct requests made using #cotinacharity tag, since the begging a lot of people have been supported through this initiative. Being the only witness in this region currently active we would like to ask a witness vote from @hungry-griffin with which we will surely be able to expand our support program to keep more valuable users on Steem.

Notes for the last month

• We were finally selected again by Steemit Inc to be part of the Steemit Engagement season 10, with this we are getting a little more of support.
• We are building the community account successfully, if you want to delegate SP to @cotina, you will be elegible for daily Steem and upvotes!
• The active posters increased from 165 to 365, so the work our team is doing increased massively, but we are doing our best to attend all of them.
• We are providing good curation with @ecosynthesizer project, @cotina, and Booming support program. The average of rewards is ~$2 per post.
• We have deployed minimal updates for Cotify bot that solve some known bugs in order to provide the better experience as possible with our services.
