Hello Activists.
We have ended the year on a high note. We received more entries in week 5. All participants presented amazing posts that show concern for animal life. It is also an attitude of human concern for the lives of other creatures who live side by side with us. We hope that this becomes knowledge that can be useful for all users of this platform that we are proud of.
The evaluation process is not easy to determine the winner. However, we have decided based on several criteria that we have previously stated. Quality, this is the main thing and we also provide plus value with several other criteria, Compliance, Feasibility and user involvement in other users' posts through comments, support and also incoming comments. And finally we decided on 3 selected posts which we will announce through this publication.

Es importante crear conciencia desde los mas pequeños hasta los grandes del uso de estos fuegos artificiales que desequilibran el bienestar animal y humano. My friend the last photo does not have the source, watch out for that! La verdad me esforcé por dejar buenos comentarios en todas las entradas porque pensé que como es un desafío de compromiso tomarían en cuenta la interacción para elegir a los ganadores.
Veo que los usuarios memamun tiene solo 22 comentarios y aprendamosconKevin 27.
Mientras que yo hice 152
Quedé un poco confundida al ver que no fueron tomados en cuenta los criterios hechos por ustedes mismos.
Es interesante ver qué dicen escoger según los criterios y éstos son interacción y allí veo que no fue así, otro criterio fue la calidad y también escogieron con menos puntaje de calificación, y eso es lo que confunde a uno como usuario que al leer los criterios nos esforzamos por cumplir con todos.
El gran esfuerzo que se hace para lograr 152 comentario un post de calidad y fotos propias porque eso es lo que indica el puntaje, no es el mismo esfuerzo que se nota en hacer 22 comentarios solamente, la diferencia va por más de 100 comentarios amigos .
Entonces mi confusión está en los criterios y en qué steemit Engagement Challenge se refiere al compromiso que debe tener un usuario con la participación en cada desafío

As we have said. Quality is the main assessment. However, we have also conveyed several other criteria. And we have rewarded all participants with food that all participants who submitted quality entries. Basically everyone has shown their involvement well and has the right to be chosen as a winner. But on the other hand, we also have limitations in choosing everything. Maybe there are other considerations that we didn't mention there. We also try to propose among the winners users who are consistent on the platform with their various activities. Sometimes they escape our attention and also the attention of many people. So we try to reward them so that they are motivated, so that they are more active in presenting quality content and also so that their engagement immediately increases. This is what we can explain. More and less, we apologize if this makes you uncomfortable.

Ok perfecto, pero entonces usted se contradice amigo, porque dice que escogen tomando en cuenta la coherencia con el tema y porque escogen con menos calificación que otros???
También creo que el tiempo y el esfuerzo a la hora de participar y de demostrar compromiso en una o todas las comunidades donde se participa de ser recompensado para motivar a seguir creando contenido
En una competencia hay limitaciones y sabemos que no todos serán elegidos pero hay que buscar la forma de ser más justos y reconocer quién trabajó más por el premio (en calidad, calificación, interacción) .
Esto me parece interesante a la hora de evaluar aunque siguen siendo muy confusos sus criterios de elecciones .

Primero muchas gracias por tomar en cuenta mi participación y todo el esfuerzo que he hecho para obtener parte del premio 🏆 sin duda alguna es mucho el tiempo que hay que dedicar a cada desafío para poder optar a ser ganador.
También soy moderadora y comprendo lo difícil de tomar la decisión de los ganadores, por ello es muy importante mantener una revisión minusiosa de la calificación por la calidad del contenido y el nivel de interacción.
Si queremos ganar en un desafío debemos comprometernos lo suficiente para lograrlo, en una ocasión una moderadora me dijo que los desafíos requieren de mucha interacción entre los usuarios que de eso se trata el juego, y eso nunca se me olvidó ahora sí quiero ganar me aseguro de cumplir con una publicación y además una aceptable interacción con muchos y buenos comentarios .
