Greetings football lovers,

This week, it's all about putting yourself in the position of a scout for your local team. Your local team has been working so hard and have been promoted to the top league of your country. As we know, the big leagues are quite demanding and causes so much wear and tear including international breaks and other club events. To ensure that your team has sufficient quality players, the manager of the club has instructed you to scout for a suitable player to join the team.

ABOUT THE CONTEST

As a scout, your local team needs to sign a player but it is still growing in terms of funds. As such, payment of the fees of a very expensive player will be difficult. Also, the team already has a wide range of players for each position so there is specific position that the manager is looking for. He just needs a game-changing player.

What factors will you consider before setting out for this player?
Where will your scouting be focused on?
What position will you prefer?
Are there any particular strengths you will be looking for?
What price range/deals will you be looking at?
What if your offer gets rejected? Any counter offer?
Any other things you'd like to add?
