SEC S15W5: My proposal for Steemitblog
Hello steemian all..
What a rational and interesting topic. First, let's think rationally before talking about new dynamics as a source of strength for the Steemit platform now and in the future.
There are so many dynamics or programs that can be created! and, I admit that the Steemit Engagement Challenge is a great idea because up to season 15 it is still enthusiastically welcomed by many users. The Steemit team has given full authority and trust to all selected communities so that the community team can create interesting, creative and exclusive topics by offering a variety of scientific disciplines to exploit the new abilities and insights of all platform users.
Correct! Platform dynamics are important towards changing the way of thinking and interacting between fellow users for the growth of Steem, and I still agree to maintain the Steemit Engagement Challenge as the best Steemit dynamics platform to date.
However, creating a sustainable platform ecosystem and increasing user consistency on the platform is not easy. I see that there are two desires that are less harmonious between the user's desires and the platform's desires.
Without prejudice to my respect for everyone! I think that the problem is not how to create new dynamics, but rather that the reward system (votes) by big steemcurators can be more evenly distributed even though in lower numbers so that users are protected from feelings of anxiety and or they have to follow a system to get support, but the opposite! Users are actually awarded on the basis of the best, original, exclusive, quality works resulting from their hard work.
To eliminate negative imagination and interpretation, changes in dynamics to maintain climate harmony between users and the platform are very important, such as an award system (equal distribution of awards) will have a positive impact on the platform and the growth of the Steem ecosystem. I think all systems have been played well by the Steemit Team because they have the biggest voice on the platform, while users and the entire platform community can run a number of quality and interesting dynamics or latest projects to encourage users to actively write, interact and produce quality content for the material. consideration of the steemit team appreciates them fairly and evenly.
So! I do not offer new dynamics because I still agree with the Steemit Engagement Challenge program. We believe that Steemit is a platform that will grow due to the active involvement of users through interaction or communicating with each other and actively writing continuously. Apart from that, I only suggest that at least 50% of SC01 and SC02 votes can flow equally to the Steemit Engagement Challenge contestants.
I welcome such a great proposal as offered by sir @kouba01 about Skill Mastery Quest, and I also agree the input is interesting dari sir. @adriancabrera , so that steemcurator's voice (01 and 02) can reach more quality content both personally and throughout the community.
Platform dynamics is a way of shaping the behavior of all users to encourage them to remain actively involved on the platform and respect the freedom to produce quality and interesting content, and we know that active user interaction in the form of communication / comments is very important for the platform as recommended by the Steemit Team. But, we will always respect every decision by Steemitblog.

There is no denying that the challenges move a large volume of users, a more equitable distribution of votes seems to me a great idea, it will surely avoid that some who are "less seen" end up with a bad taste in their mouths and would create more harmony in the participating communities.
Many suggestions and input from users are part of our hopes for the Steemit team, but on the other hand we also know that not all users on the platform are truly honest and consistent in supporting the growth of Steem.
