MY WEEKLY REPORT AS CRYPTOACADEMY PROMOTER 13/12/2021 BY @IJELADY

My work as a Promoter gives me Joy as it allows me the opportunity to reach so many people and draw them to Steemit both online and offline, Promoters have a lot of work to do when it comes to mentoring this newbies, sometimes it will take 5 hours to assist just one person who is ready to learn how to make quality post on Steemit especially applying markdown in their post and to write 300 word. Many find it so difficult to learn online after their signed up and it takes a lot of effort to teach them online to write Introduction post.

Those that I recruited ofline are not really getting it at the initial stage and enough time to assist them when they come to the office. Helping this newbies was my target last week and is working very well, I have been able to guide 5 newbies to write diarygame and training them too to know how to promote Steemit to Friends and family, they also need support to grow their reputation and steem power, here is their link @marvicom @toomuchwealth @pato001 seleomoruyi97 @goldenekpo

Yes I participated in promotion though very busy with last 2 weeks Recruits, I was able to sign up 5 persons and i have train them on what to do send to them sample of Achievement1 task to go through it, I also trained those that have done Achievement1 on how to do Achievement2 on my WhatsApp group, I also trained my newbies the Importance of power up and once there Achievement 1 pays out they will perform power up depending on the club the chose to belong, I am training them to know why we have club5050, 75 and 100 and they will now make decision, I learn it from @focusnow to help them power up from the first post and this have helped everyone in my team to know the importance of power up and teach his or her Recruits too.

Those that did assignment on cryptoacademy this week.

My people have complain that there work was not marked and no comment under their post from the professor so that they will know the step to take, @lazbless and @nsikakedem so they were not moved to write another one Last week,.I have encouraged them so much and they promise to write this week.

This week I will go out for Promotion and also train those i recruited last week to do their Achievement task, also the old members who have learn how to apply markdown in their post and participate in contest to join us in Roadshow and enjoy it, it is interesting when they come out for Promotion and I surpport their transport or buy pure water for them to drink, will also print flyers this week as we have exhausted the one I printed, this is festival period my promotion this week will be in a grand style.

I had more new people who joined us for Promotion last week, this shows the wisdom you have @steemitblog @steemit team for choosing Promoters, I will continue to do my best in assisting this once from day to day until they gain their ground on Steemit and join Cryptoacademy courses.

In conclusion I want to appereciate you for giving me this privilege of recruiting and assisting newbies on steemit, I promise you that I will continue to do it with joy no matter any challange I face in the field, I will continue to do my best.
