Ingredients:
- -6 apples
- -2 cups of water
- -sugar
- -Vanilla
Preparation:
1. Peel the apples.
2. In a pot put the two cups of water and sugar (to our taste, according to the sweetness we deem), and let the water boil with sugar.
3. When the water is boiling, add the apples in pieces and a few drops of vanilla. Mix and let cook in a bain-marie (15 minutes).
4. Let cool and we can liquefy a little to make it softer.
Green Apple Mouse:
It is an excellent dessert and delicate after a very loaded meal, green apples give a special taste for its acid flavor.
Ingredients:
- -3 green apples
- -A bit of lemon and jugon grated
- -10 g unflavored gelatin
- -5 egg whites
- -1/2 cup of sugar
- -250c of cream
Preparation:

3. Let cool a little.

6. Place in glasses or glasses, and let cool for two hours.
