Greetings friends of steemit, I want to share with you this delicious pistachio cream. It is a very quick and simple recipe, besides delicious and I know you will love it. The necessary ingredients are super easy to obtain and economical, which will not be a problem for the preparation. If you want to try this delight I recommend you keep reading:)

Ingredients:

-1/2 of milk
-3 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
-Ground mint
-Sugar
-Almonds (decoration)

Well now yes, having ready the ingredients we went to the preparation of this delight:

1. We weigh and measure our ingredients taking into account that we do not miss any.

2. Place the milk in a pot, and add the cornstarch, stirring so there are no lumps.

3. Then we add the ground pistachio.

4. We take to the fire without stopping to stir until the mixture acquires the creamy consistency that we wish.

5. Let stand and strain the mixture into glasses or cups, decorate with almonds and / or pistachio and bring to the refrigerator.

And ready to be cold and we can enjoy our pistachio cream, I assure you that they will love it since everything prepared with milk is delicious. We can decorate our pistachio cream to our liking with fruits, almonds, raisins, whole oats, arequipe, chocolate, or whatever else we like.
