My friend was toing this yesterday :) Those who have history of embolism and are taking blood thinning medication should not take extra turmeric I gather.

I came over since you got to me through minnows faucet. I resteemed, upvoted, tweeted and put in steemchat. I am a big believer in turmeric and get it daily. I used to only use powdered but here in Thailand the roots are cheap and they pack a punch.

I love the roots ...they are so beautiful when they come up each spring ...we planted a whole bag of roots we purchased online and they are everywhere in our yard....One day we will start dehydrating our own...occasionally we eat them fresh from the garden but trying to get a big stockpile of roots in the yard...Thank you so much for chatting! I use the roots fresh for tea - just amazing. I only chop them up and pour boiling kettle water on them since I don't have a stove. but if you can boil them for 15 minutes it is supposed to be even better. It will knock you into next week! Then I use the roots them selves on salad or soup. I feel like I'm in turmeric heaven.

I hope you can - find your local root sellers or maybe online. Amazon sells it in the states. It's definitely worth hunting for.

Yeah....lots of folks out there taking the blue pill...definitely a red pill girl! The video was ok, for the first one....started a new logo and series instead of my original thought ...which was cancer busters ...i am going with the WOW! I had no idea! .....I think it has wider appeal....no one really wants a buzz kill....so up and happy is better I think ...I will just incorporate my cures and prevention with that. Still doing eat the weeds...I will be busy tomorrow...and my power will be back up ...to 80 % or close. Yippee! You are indeed...nice, nice, nice! Still need that song!
