Kidneys: Facts, Function & Diseases . The Second Part
Our kidneys are some of the most important organs in the human body. They serve many purposes, perhaps most importantly, most notably as the main player in urine function of the body. Kidney filtering not only the blood of the body, remove waste and toxins to secretion or elimination, but they also maintain blood pressure by regulating the balance of salt and water in the body, regulate the various metabolic activities through their hormonal secretions, and maintain acid base balance in the body. Without our kidneys, our bodies will be able to function at all, that is why kidney disease can be such a tragic and dangerous situation.
There are a number of different kidney diseases. Perhaps the most common is kidney stones, but chronic kidney disease can be said to be worse, in terms of the impact that can be on your life, including being fatal in the most serious cases. Kidney disease comes in two forms, either acute or chronic. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is also known as chronic kidney disease and is characterized by a gradual loss of kidney function over weeks, months or years. The inability to control this device system can be an embarrassing, painful, and unhealthy way to live, so finding ways to reduce the chances of getting sick, or reducing symptoms if you do not suffer from CKD is an important area of
study.
Kidney Disease Symptoms :
Some symptoms of kidney disease, blood pressure, urea deposits increased throughout the body, hyperkalemia (excess potassium in the blood), iron deficiency (anemia), (deposition of cholesterol in blood vessels and arteries, often leading to strokes, heart attacks, Cardiovascular disease), impotence, and loss of sexual desire. Blood in the urine is also a common symptom, often the first indication that something is wrong. The loss of protein and red blood cells in urine also leads to a number of conditions that are usually associated with anemia and lack of protein, including low growth velocity and the ability of the body to heal properly.
The problem of kidney transplantation in getting it, dialysis is a cumbersome and time-consuming way to live. Thus, home remedies for prevention and reduction of symptoms are often the best option. Some of the most popular and popular remedies for kidney disease are explained in more detail below.
Treatment of kidney diseases :
Limit salt
Due to excessive stress placed on the body by kidney disease and failure, adding salt to the body makes the situation more difficult. Loss of potassium in urine means that there is almost always too much salt in the body in terms of the necessary balance. Therefore, you should adopt a low salt diet to make sure the fluid balance stays in the appropriate body. Eat frozen foods and meals a high comfort pattern known in salt. Add fresh vegetables and fruits to your diet and avoid adding too much spices and salts to your meat dishes and other meals.
Although one of the problems and reduction of salt in the diet, the selection of low potassium foods is also recommended. Parsley Juice :

Parsley is a rich source of vitamin A, B, and C, as well as thiamine, riboflavin, potassium, and copper. Cut parsley leaves and cut them into a bowl of water. You can then drink this water when it is cold. Reduce your protein intake :
Excessive amounts of protein in the body can also aggravate the problem of kidney disease, although one of the symptoms of kidney disease is protein loss. It is a very difficult disease to treat, because many things that can make a person better for most diseases can actually make the situation worse with this specific form of renal disease.
Apple cider vinegar
When you mix apple cider vinegar with some honey in a large glass of water and drink this once or twice every day, you can seriously improve your chances to prevent kidney disease, or keep your symptoms to a manageable level.
Extra virgin olive oil :
Virgin olive oil can be used in many different recipes and foods. In fact, it can replace almost all other oils you use for most preparations. Extra virgin olive oil is well known to soothe inflammation and also detoxify the body. Thus, it is ideal to slow the progression of kidney disease.
Water :
Perhaps the simplest way to solve the total issues is simply to sink the body with water. This stimulates urination, which is the body's primary method of releasing liquid as well as toxins. Urine consists of fat, protein, water, and excess salts. So, by drinking 6-8 glasses of water every day, you can clear your system and help reduce the amount of toxins that accumulate in your kidneys, thus delaying the need for dialysis and slowing the progression of kidney disease.
If you follow these home remedies and observe the way your body works, you can live a long and happy life. However, it is a very serious health condition, so it is a good idea to see your doctor.

Also make sure to keep socks on and stay warm! The kidney hates being cold and works much harder when it is, which is another reason why Sodas and Ice cream are terrible for the kidneys even beside the sugar! Drinking water is definitely the key to being healthy I agree :) Also warm lemon water helps! @lonestarpoet
