I have a long time not to participate in contests because the contest always requires resteem, this will make my blog broken and ugly.hmm.. However today I broke my rule, I have resteem the article of this contest. Because I feel the energy and good message of the contest want to convey. 1. Don't go to bed late

I am 19 years old, and I always make rules and I'm trying to do it. However, I have a bad habit and it's really bad: I stay up late, 2am every day I sleep. If you stay up late, I recommend stopping. I'm trying to improve my sleep. I try to drink lotus seeds, I eat healthy food to help me sleep.

After 2 months of training, I finally could sleep more. My formula is:

  • Soy bean

Compounds like estrogen naturally found in soy products work to control nighttime outbursts, one of the causes of sleep deprivation.

  • Banana

The composition of the banana is rich in magnesium and potassium, which helps the muscles relax. At the same time in the banana contains tryptophan acid is metabolized into serotonin and melatonin, natural chemicals in the brain, regulate the amount of hormones. Before going to bed you can mix a banana with a cup of soy milk (maybe add some ice, if you want)

  • Yogurt

3. Never forget breakfast:

. Every morning I wake up at 4am, then I take the bus to the university. My breakfast is always: sticky rice, bread, pho, ... 4. Learn how to rest and relax:

Just take a nap for about 15 minutes and you will feel better, mind clearer, so no matter how busy you are, take a nap at noon. quiet and airy. There are many healthy ways to relax such as reading, listening to music, chatting. Some initial treatments can be very helpful in helping your body relax. Regular massaging and massaging with essential oils are not only good for relaxing but also energizing. Massage with mint oil, eucalyptus oil can create excitement. 6. In the morning you should run about 30 minutes, if you do not have time you can practice at home

When I was in grade 7, I was the most fat . Everyone laughs because I'm fat. When I was 14 years old I was only 1 meter tall 54 but I weighed 54 kg. I try to run and exercise, I do not eat grease, starch or soft drinks. When I was 16 years old, I was 58cm tall and weighed 46kg. Right now I'm 1 m 60 cm tall and 50 weighed kilograms.

Oops, I tend to drink coffee daily (but most of the time is sugarless). Not really dependent on the caffeine but just a ritual for me. I still feel sleepy with the coffee and I don't stay awake by drinking coffee too.

btw, great tips for those who wanna lead a healthy lifestyle. Health is wealth.

hmmm You probably do not get sleepless. I have insomnia, I easily wake up. Sleep for me really precious. hmm I keep away from all the food that makes me sleepless. Do you like black coffee or milk coffee? 3 year ago my family opened a shop selling coffee and pizza, hamberger pasta.. I have been insomnia for a long time because I am passionate about making money and I do not rest. and until now, it has become a habit and I hardly have a good sleep.

I see, that really makes it harder for you to get a quality sleep. Ever tried any exercise? It helps to make you tired enough to fall asleep.

I recently drank coffee 1-2 times. That is when I added more milk, condensed milk, yogurt, sugar and ice to the coffee. This is an easy drink. Because it is very sweet and not bitter, for women. Do you know this kind of coffee?

Never tasted such version of coffee. The sweetest I would go for will be affogato with an espresso topped with vanilla ice cream. Usually I will drink without sugar/condensed milk. Love the coffee aroma. I do know that Vietnam coffee comes with condensed milk and a very strong buttery taste. I went to Thrung Ngu Yien if not mistaken 😁

Yes, I have to recognize Trung Nguyen as Vietnam's most famous coffee exported to many countries. My family also sells cofee Trung Nguyen. If you buy coffie, buy package # 5 because that is the best taste

Good health and good sense are two of life's greatest blessings. Therefore, we should not only focus on physical health but also mental health. Btw, I drink 3 liters of water a day hahahaha :D

This is the best health advice ever! I drink at least 2 litres of water everyday.

Haha.. I got the habit since young. I guess it takes time to get used to it. In Singapore, the weather is quite hot, so we usually drink lots of water. I believe the weather is hot in Vietnam as well? Particularly in Ho Chi Minh City

Ha Noi is very hot, I go to school at 12 noon, outdoor temperature about 42 degrees C ... In Hanoi there are winter and summer, in Ho Chi Minh with rainy season and dry season. Ho Chi Minh is hot all year round, but Hanoi is hotter and harsher than Ho Chi Minh in the summer. If you have a chance, visit Hanoi and winter, around December or January, which is the coldest time in Hanoi at 13 degrees Celsius.I thought Singgrapo had a cool climate.
