I Dug Dahlia Out Of Her Grave
- How about you?
- Are you also gardening in Europe?
- Have you also dug your Dahlia's out of the ground?
- Have you got the same Dahlia as mine - one with a huge mid part of pollen or a different sort?
This content's 100% mine. I took the pics with my Samsung A3 .

Appreciate the information regarding dahlias.... mon ami.
thank you
you probably know better ;)
am an alien here :D
so I guess I miss out on bumping into you again :)
Excellent work dear friend / @ englishtchrivy, dahlias are one of my favorite flowers, have a lot of history, originally called atlcocotlixochitl and then changed by aztaxóchitl or heron flower, there are those who call Quaiztal-Acocoxóchitl referring to their origins.
Without a doubt, it is the best known flower in the world, it has its place in Great Britain "the National Society of the Dahlia in Great Britain" is the national flower of Mexico.
In my province we plant them a lot, there are different colors.
Thank you very much for sharing this beautiful work the amazing images and the beautiful family history
I wish you a beautiful weekend
You have good infimation @jlufer
wow! that's a lot of information ^ ^
Like the pictures of the flowers and your documentation you provide here .@englishtchrivy
It is a pleasure to see, even though I do not operate flowers.
Re-steemed
thank you :)
Very beautiful flower I think comes from Mexico or Colombia and that is multiplied by bulbs. This is not a simple post but a documentary.
thank you
you know I was supposed to write bulbs but then I kept arguing with myself cause of them tulips and crocuses but they are bulbs aren't they?
I think the dahlia's bulb looks like potato and tulip's with onion but it's important that the post is quite informative with beautiful photos, that's important! Τhanks!
you're so right about the comparison :D
They are pretty m'lady. Worth saving for.
indeed :)
wooow very nice pic dear
thank you!
sorry first of all for not reading because the photos were so amazing i just keep scrolling once again wow :D
I understand ;)
I'm guilty of doing the same thing hihihi

Beautiful flowers! Interesting story, I read to the end of your writing. Although I’m not a gardener, but this gives me information :) Thank you!
The title did made me a little curious but looks like worth the misleading ;)
Those are some wonderful shots and the bees on the flower images are stunning !
