A renewed push by the winter bears

Last year was a great year for all who invested early. Temperatures reached an all time high in July and August as more and more people bought into the summer bull push. Things were going crazy as companies rebranded themselves to fit with the summer image and there were naysayers continually saying that we were in a bubble and that historically it wasn't possible for temperatures to keep rising indefinitely.

It turned out that the pessimists were correct, and we settled in for a long decline in temperature. After a steep decline from the all time highs of July and August 2017, the temperature appeared to reach rock bottom in The Netherlands around Christmas (December) 2017. At this time, the resistance level of 0 was broken by the winter bears and snow ensued.

However, in recent times we had reason for hope. There were head and shoulder patterns everywhere, cup and handles were seen in the data and there were clear breakout signals. The summer bulls were returning and we would soon see ourselves in a sea of green again.

However, today has been a disaster. The winter bears have regrouped and broken back through the 0 degree resistance overnight. Adjusted for market blah, the real apparent temperature appears to be hovering around the -15 mark.

We hope that this is the new bottom and that the way is now clear for the return of the summer bulls. Book in your positions for July, we are going TO THE MOON!
