"Cheese" cashew sauce (vegan recipe)
We need:
► 1/2 cup dried cashew;
► 1 cup of water;
► 3 tbsp. l. food yeast (it is possible to regulate the amount if desired to get a nourishment of "cheese" taste);
► 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (if no, just excluded);
► 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
► a pinch of salt;
► ½ tsp. turmeric;
► 1 clove of garlic;
► ½ tablespoon. olive oil (I replaced grape seed oil);
► You can add paprika.
Preparation:
All the ingredients are mixed in a blender and beat until a creamy texture is obtained.
That's all, paradise sauce is ready! Fast, tasty and not harmful! Bon Appetit!
Suitable for everything: porridge, vegetables, pizza, pasta and even as a fondue.
