Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

One of the cool things about Mexico is that there are fresh tortillas everywhere. We got some blue corn tortillas from Walmart of all places recently and I made some chips with them!

Chips are easy, cut the tortillas into appropriate sized pieces and fry them on high heat in avocado oil.

Flip once and remove after just a few minutes of cooking!

Salt and enjoy immediately!!
