I travel the world Part 178: Ssam Korean Barbeque Berlin
Ssam is a new Korean Barbecue in Berlin
It is a Barbecue Restaurant similar to the ones you will find in Seoul. The Restaurant is stylish and everybody working there are Korean. They offer Organic Beef and Pork and Chicken which is very nice. Prices are a bit more expensive than the usual suspects in Berlin.
Simple yet stylish Restaurant
Free Starters
Rice costs 1,80 Euro here .. expensive...
Salad for the Bulgogi
My Starter Selection
Bulgogi
Bibimbap
Hot and Sweet Chicken (fantastic)
Bibimbap with egg
Pork and Onions
No Smoke here...
Very good Restaurant and very good meat!!!
It is around 20% more expensive than other Restaurants but the quality you will receive is worth to pay the extra Euros. For me the organic beef and pork was an argument to comeback again. In terms of taste this restaurant offers really nice marinated meat and the grill on the table is very nice.

ABOUT ME: Some insides into my Steemit life
Hot and sweet chicken looks devine -
O.k., now I'm officially hungry! Thank to you and, of course, Korean foods... I have just started finding foods from Korea a few years back through a Japanese friend of mine and, since then, have tried a few different place. So far, the new Korean house in Terrace, northern B.C., Canada, has been my favorite, but I hardly tried anywhere. So, I wouldn't count on my suggestion has being the best Korean restaurant on the planet! ;) Thanks for the scrumptious post and namaste :)

Great pictures, I am drooling now which is bad lol. That Hot and Sweet chicken looked awesome!
The organic option was good you pointed out also.
TY for the post!
hey thanks ;) appreciate your support. yes the food is pretty amazing here.
yum
The best Korean Food I've ever had was on Cow Island back in 2004. I can no longer remember the name of the restaurant/hotel, but it was fabulous. I remember having Bulgogi and Kalbi and more sides than I can count. The Kimchi was also fantastic.
I love that spot - it's delicious. My favorite Korean BBQ place though is somewhere in Hongdae in Seoul, but I have no idea what the name is anymore.
mmmm samgyeopsal with ssamjang... one of my favorite foods.
hey sneak! indeed in Korea I visited some fantastic places with incredible food. but most of the dont have any english names ... so hard to memorize the names ;)
