I travel the world Part 12: Hong Kong Lobster & Mussels by Paul's Kitchen
Hong Kong is a foodies paradise if you know where to go. I have many local friends there, so my friend once took me to Lobster & Mussels by Paul's Kitchen.
At Paul's Kitchen the Lobster roll is grilled at a heat of over 200 degrees Celsius with butter, before it is mixed with his signature mango salsa.
The Store front (its near the party area Lan Kwai Fong, so perfect if you want to go out after for drinks)
The Lobster Roll (Doesn't it look yummy??? - Its awesome!!!)
Their bun, one of the most important things for a lobster roll is very good. They are using Bo-Lo’Gne’s flaky Danish loaf for its buttery fragrance.
The Lobster Roll costs 188 HKD (aroundd 25US$)
If you have a chance to visit Hong Kong, please try them!
