I travel the world Part 7: Tokyo Meat Man Roppongi

Meat Man is the perfect place start to a crazy night out in Tokyo. It is only 3 Minutes from Roppongi Station. If you never have been to Tokyo, Roppongi is the place to be, if you want to start the evening, and comeback after the sun comes out in the morning ;)

The restaurant has a couple of tables and a counter, where you can see the staff preparing the food in front of you. 

Call ahead to make a reservation, it gets crowded all the time. 

You can order anything on the menu, most of it tastes good. But here comes their signature dishes:

Big Shiitake Mushrooms with sea salt and lime

Menchi-katsu

Wagyu Steak with Garlic and Special Sauce


Hot-Pan Croquette


And last but not least, my favorite

Sukiyaki Croquettes (This one is to kill for)



If you are sitting at the bar, you will be surrounded by many japanese (mainly women) so make sure you get your beer and start to make friends ;)

You can order a la Carte Japanese Vegetables and Meat, which will be grilled on a grill. 

Don't forget to order the A5 Grade Meat Stick (Sabuton) for 400Yen, this one is THE KILLER !!!
