The sea urchin in spring is big and fat, and the taste of the sea urchin is delicious nutrious . There are many ways to eat, but today I will share the sea urchin steamed custard with you, it’s really a nice dish that you will love to eat.

The nutrition of eggs is not to mention. Put them together an I think it is a perfect combination.

Ingredients:
Sea urchin
Two eggs
salt
A little oil

Methods :

First scatter the eggs, then mix it with 1 to 1 of the warm water, add a little salt, drain into the bowl with a leaky spoon, cover the fresh-keeping film and steam it for 7,8 minutes.

春天的海胆各大而肥,里面非常饱满。海胆的味道鲜美,营养价值也很高。吃法也多种多样,以前介绍过蘸辣根,生吃。今天跟大家分享的是海胆蒸蛋羹,非常美味。
鸡蛋的营养就不必说了,二者结合,既营养又美味,是健康美食中的瘦身产品。

材料
海胆
鸡蛋两个

油少许

做法:

先将鸡蛋打散,然后用1比1的比例温水搅匀,加少许的盐,用漏勺漏到碗里,盖上保鲜膜,上锅蒸7,8分钟,定型。
把扩出来的海胆放到蛋羹上,再蒸5分钟,撒上香菜末,海胆蛋羹就完成了。

今天看到一篇小短文,感觉非常好,也跟大家分享一下。

接着他打开了那个纸条,上面写着另外半句:不后悔。

这就是“做事之前不犹豫,面对结果不后悔”。所以今天我们能做着自己喜欢做的事情,这何尝不是一种幸福呢?

这是又好吃友好看呀,让人食欲大振

我在京都旅行的时候,第一次吃了海胆,感觉味道好奇特…或许蒸蛋会更适合我😂

做事之前不犹豫,面对结果不后悔

后半句我成年以后基本都是这样的,但是前半句真的好难。可能是我天秤座的性格吧,特别难下定决定,总是在前进和后退的各种可能性里面摇摆

海胆有点甜,的确很特别。

哈哈哈哈,我可能当时配上了芥末和酱油,加上好害怕吃生的食物,所以囫囵吞枣般的直接咽下去了。下次一定好好品尝
