Golden Mushroom with Vegetables凉拌金针菇

The Spring Festival is over, we don’t usually want to eat too much meat and fish . so today, I bought some golden mushrooms and some spinach . I love to eat them, especially after mix them together . sour and sweet , very nice to eat. Now let me share it with you .

Ingredients :

Golden mushroom
Spinach
Carrot
Jellyfish silk
salt
sugar
Rice vinegar
Salad oil
Sesame oil

Methods:

Remove the root of the mushroom and wash it. Rinse spinach. Boil the mushroom first and then the spinach and get out of them , use the cold to cool them .

carrots , mushrooms, spinach, and jellyfish are in a big bowl.

Add salt, sugar, garlic, vinegar. Heat the oil in the pot, pour it on the mushroom, mix it well. If you like hot , then you can put some pepper .

春节一过，大鱼大肉吃腻了， 就想吃点清淡可口的小凉菜。今天特意买了些金针菇， 菠菜，想凉拌金针菇。这个菜酸甜可口，一向是我小菜中的首选。尤其是金针菇，口感鲜嫩，很是好吃。
做法也超级简单， 先准备材料。
金针菇
菠菜
胡萝卜
海蜇丝
盐
糖
米醋
色拉油
香油
麻油

做法：

先把金针菇去掉根部，洗净。菠菜洗净。开水先料金针菇，然后投凉。再放入菠菜，捞出投凉
切好的胡萝卜也料好，金针菇，菠菜，胡萝卜，海蜇丝放一个大碗里。
放入盐，糖，蒜末，米醋 。锅里放热油，浇到金针菇上，拌匀。喜欢吃辣的朋友，可以放点干辣椒。
鲜香可口的凉拌金针菇就拌好了。
