Cherry with white fungus soup 樱桃银耳美人汤
This soup is really nice to eat . I add cherries with white fungus , heat it for about half an hour , then it became very thicker and glittering , I just want to say , I have never eaten this kind of nice soup before , so I strongly recommend those who wants to be beautiful can do it by yourself . it will make you unforgettable .
刚刚4月初, 市场上竟然看到了樱桃,而且还很多,最贵的要80元一斤,便宜的也是20一斤,出于好奇,便买了点回家。其实现在的樱桃都是大棚里面产出来的樱桃,现在只有你想不到,没有做不到。反季水果已经不是什么新鲜事儿了。冬天你依然可以吃到时令如新的各类水果。
但是现在的樱桃吃起来,只能说有一点点樱桃的味道,跟真正的成熟还差了那么一点。突然想到樱桃做汤那可是美容养颜的极品。于是找来了银耳,变成了这碗樱桃银耳汤。
做法当然很简单, 将银耳泡好后, 放锅里煮半个小时,加入冰糖,然后加入洗净的樱桃再熬10分钟左右,一碗甜美的养颜樱桃银耳羹就做好了。
晚饭后,喝点这个甜品还是非常不错的,吃起甜品, 心情就特别高兴,有种满足感。据说这汤水融合樱桃与银耳的美容功效,有助补气、养血、嫩白皮肤的功效呢!
我喝了一碗,欲犹未尽的的感觉呀, 真是太好喝了, 没想到樱桃银耳汤竟然这么好喝, 如果你做了,可要记得留肚子哦, 否则你的胃里可是没有地方容这么好的美味了。
