VEG KABAB || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

Serving :- 4
INGREDIENTS
• Medium potato :- 1
• Cauliflower (chopped) :- 3/4 cup
• Carrot (medium) :- 1
• Button mushroom :- 6-7
• Onion (medium) :- 1
• Green peas (fresh or frozen) :- 1/4 cup
• Fresh mint leaves :- 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves (chopped) :- 2 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste :- 1/2 tsp
• Besan (gram flour) :- 10 tbsp
• Salt :- to taste
• Turmeric Powder :- 1/4 tsp
• Red chili powder :- 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala powder :- 1/2 tsp
METHOD
• Make a fine mince ( not paste ) of the vegetables, coriander, and mint leaves in a blender.
• Take the minced veggies in a big bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and keep aside.
• Heat a pan and add 10 tbsp besan in it. On a low flame, stirring often roast the besan till its color changes and it gives a good smell.
• After that add the roasted besan to the minced veggie mixture and add salt and mix it well.
• Then take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball. The kabab mix should be able to hold together when shaped into ball, otherwise add some more roasted besan.
• Flatten each ball and place them in a greased baking tray greased with oil.
• Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius, before you place the kababs in it.
• Once the kababs are half baked, remove the tray from the oven and brush the top of the kebabs with some oil and again continue to bake till the kababs are golden and slightly crisp.
• Serve hot with chutney or ketchup and enjoy it.
