I've been trying to bulk up without getting fat during the last 1.5 years. 1.5 years ago, my weight is only 65kgs. My acquaintance recommended you gotta work out to get weight, and he gave me a mebership card for a gym.

I started workout, and registered for a personal training. I was able to learn poses of using machines.

In the recent, my weight reached around 75kg. My objective is to reach 80kg, and 12.5% fat ratio. It's gonna be tough courses. But, I believe that I can do that someday, because, I'm indefatigable.

Oh nice, continue to build your muscles while taking sufficient calcium(not too much) .. then you could also have lean protein
