3 Ingredients Oreo Munchkins Recipe
Welcome to:
Hello Steemians!
Bored with your cookies? Give it some twist!
There are different versions of making munchkins. From crushed grahams mix with condensed milk which is the first ever munchkin flavor that I’ve tried when I was still a kid and I really loved it!
Munchkin is super easy and fun to make specially for kids or even just for yourself and the ingredients are just affordable.
In this version, I mixed melted butter and white cream from the cookies instead of condensed milk because it’s sweet enough for me.
Let’s go and make it!
INGREDIENTS:
- 28 pcs cookies and cream oreo cookies
- 100 ml or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Dessicated coconut
METHOD:
- Separate the oreo cookies and white cream by scraping the cream using a knife.
- Place the cookies in a ziplock bag. Release the air from the ziplock, seal it and crushed the oreos using a rolling pin. (You can also use a blender if you like)
Mix the cream and melted butter by using a whisk until well blended.
Combine and mixed all together.
Make sure that your hands are clean before proceeding to the fun part
- Scoop a spoonful of oreo mixture and form a ball using your palm.
- Roll in dessicated coconut or any coating of your choice. Chill in the fridge for atleast 20 minutes before serving.
Easy peasy!
The sweetness and consistency is just perfect.
I love every bite of it!
Until next time!
