Arabic translation would be appreciated, en.json has all phrases, please take a look and see if we can do Arabic translation and once ready we can test app to see how changes have effected functionality since Arabic is right to left it should be tested but exciting to see Arabic language as well... 👍

We can literally add any language, if user's want. Now that base code is ready to adapt.

@good-karma just created a github account, do I need to create a folk for it or how does it work ;)
You can make a pull request. If complicated, you can just download
en.jsonand translate it in your favorite editor and send file via chat or email that would work as well.I've also forked the project and will do a pull request tomorrow for the german language :) And yes: Some reviews will be needed i think :)

Thanks I started and I do half but I hesitate to translate some words like downvote, upvote, followers... We use these words in French they are angliscism understandable. What do you think about?
Anything that's understood by French speaker should be ok 👌 we can improve it over time if necessary 😉

Hey, I check it, now I m on POEditor but I can't open the french on my Dashboard I never use this website maybe I m doing wrong... Do I have to translate in a text and then copy paste on POEditor or is there a way to translate directly into the website?
If you include Greek with gr.json I will translate it...

Just a comment. Chinese is mostly in two character script: Simplified (used in China and Singapore) and traditional (used in Hong Kong and Taiwan).
Something like steemit specific is kind of hard to translate, e.g., upvote, you could say it's similar to FB like and take the same translation but it can get quite difficult.
thanks ace for comment, we can use both versions: simplified and traditional.. I understand it might be difficult with some terms, but it shouldn't be word by word translation, for example upvote can be positive vote or something similar or easier to understand. Would love addition of Chinese since we have number of users already from that community... 🇨🇳
