- Matej Michalko, founder and CEO of DECENT will join the talk this Saturday 16 Sept. Let me know ASAP at what time. I guess the CEO is quite busy :-) The idea is to connect Steem with other (blockchains) like DECENT to grow possibilities of monetization beyond (simple) blog posts like music, ebooks, video which might be on a different blockchain, similar to what Dtube and Dsound is doing. And getting paid: get author awards from Steem even when people advertise your content by smart contract for example.

- The idea is to facilitate and encourage high quality content which would need more time to earn curation awards to pay for itself. The question is how those awards would propagate between networks. Before a cooperation with the DECENT team I'm asking you all for input in the coming whaletank! Essentially find out if there is a need to build a rewardpool on Decent or propagate rewards from Steemit to Decent to allow authors to receive author awards for content hosted elsewhere like Decent in this case.
