- The idea is to facilitate and encourage high quality content which when it doesn't fit the usual blog post or takes a lot of work and thus would need more time to earn curation awards to pay for itself and how those awards would propagate between networks. Before a cooperation with the DECENT team I'm asking you all for input in the coming whaletank. Essentially Decent needs either a rewardpool or use that from Steemit to allow for curation. There are two people from the Philiphes which I hope will join us also this week: @precise and @tjpezlo
