Elf on a Shelf Pt 1
Two years ago on Christmas eve my girlfriend got an elf on a Shelf. If you don't know about it a fun thing you can do with your kids to keep them motivated during the Christmas season. Well since we don't have kids we tend to have a little fun with it! Gotta start out small and as such tonight's isn't very hidden. 
You are supposed to come up with a name for him but I don't think we ever did. I will have to find out later and will update everyone. Every day we should how him in a new spot. Or in some cases will just be cleverly displayed. Warning! At some points the elf has been known to get a little wild.
Alright so does anyone else have one of these and wanna get a little game going? If people show some interest I plan to get a #contest going. For now I'll start with #elfonashelf I have a feeling this little guy is gonna start stacking silver for my buddies over at #steemsilvergold to stay interested!

My mom had an elf on the shelf and it was exciting to find it every morning! I hope you get a lot of participation! It can really be fun with a crowd! tip!

That's a pretty cool idea. And how's that vintage skateboard up there in the background! You'll have to teach your elf to skate.

we have one somewhere but I have no idea where we stored it a couple of years back, the Kids have one for the grandkids that I help to setup when I am there,
I just love the lids faces each morning when they look for it

I have an elf and my wife is wanting to come up with something creative. Would love an elf on the shelf contest as it's something that can be done easily with a little effort so even if I don't win it will be worth it :D
