in #education6 years ago

Dear Steemians,

Yesterday I arranged the weekly fruits program for our slum kids at @SchoolForSDG4. Today is Friday and day off for our kids. We mostly arrange weekly fruits program on Thursday which is just one day before the day off. I will share more about it from School account and will be sharing what I did during the day from @Azizbd.

I was with Ayasha. Ayasha is a little introvert but her smile makes me happy. It was a good day for me at the end even I had less sleep. I was able to bring Lotkon fruits for them. Lotkon taste as like sour but it also can be sweet when it becomes rape. My sister's house has Lotkon tree but it is rare to find the tree in the city area. So people need to depend on the market.

Here are some other young children who came as soon as elementary kids and class one left the school. I was with them for the next 3 hours and they took the fruits at their home. Emon in class three and his friend Ahadul still in their village. I hope everything is okay there. We have not many children in class three as Airin and Junayed left school and then Sumon too. They are now the full-time workers in the different areas of Bangladesh. Maybe they will not meet each other again.

I am with elementary children during the fruits program. I have a video and some more pictures to share from @SchoolForSDG4 and I also love to invite you to read a post from @lindahas . She already has written a crowdfunding post for school. All the liquid fund for the post are coming to school and help the school to continue the fruits program. There were around 50 children yesterday. We started our class after the holiday. But sadly Arman and Al-amin left our school forever. Both of them left the city. Of course city life is harder for them and I hope they will find a better life there.

It is over 1 year, Linda has been writing the posts for school and here it the Crowdfunding post NO. 56
