Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year)- 14 April 2016 with Community School, former name of @SchoolForSDG4
In April, 2016 I already have decided to start a community school where children will study for free. My friends from locality was not agree to start something like this as they had no house tutoring which was only earning source for us. But in my case, I had more house tutoring jobs and also I was earning some money from online freelancing jobs. Though, I was nervous but had confidence on myself.

In 14 April, 2016 most Bangladeshi people likes to go parks, different places and celebrate the Bengali New Year with their beloved persons. But, I was always disagree with such luxury entertaining functions as I see some people still can't go school, can't feed their children well and many other social problems. If I was from different side of the country/world where the local community people are rich, may be I never could realize such things. But these people are my neighborhood and I see them every day. So, I decided to celebrate the Pohela Boishak with these children and their mother in 13 April, 2016.
I made plan to make Milkshake for the kids and also arrange some fruits. I never made milkshake so I searched youtube and learned how to make the milkshake. In 14 April, 2016 I called some university friends to help me to arrange the program who cancelled their Pohela Boishak plans and joined me.
Some mothers from slums came to join with us and some children too. The header picture of Suma was picture of the day. Suma was student of our @SchoolForSDG4 for 7-8 Months.
You can see Airin, Emon, Suma and some other children who later admitted at school and some of them are now admitted for 2018 at @SchoolForSDG4 .
I was sharing my plan to help them and also sharing when their school will start and why they need education. The mother of the kids was happy and they convinced to tell other mothers of the different slums so they know about the opportunity.
Later they enjoyed milkshake, grapes, apple and cakes. We were happy that I could donate the Pohela Boishak for the people who never get such treats. My friends was also happy as they got chance to help the people during the day.

Thank you for your asking the question and may be I can't explain all at once but if you read posts from @SchoolForSDG4, you may have better understanding on it. The Post can explain a little as I made it taking good time. As key person of the charity, I can't share all updates alone as I fundraise for myself too from @Azizbd . The fund of all upvotes and direct donation to @SchoolForSDG4 goes to school . @Lndahas and @tecnosgirl write post to fund raise for the kids .
How the money come to Bangladesh ?
I make monthly report for donors on steemit. May be it is hardest part for me. I couldn't make last month report as fund of steemit are in process and it will be deposited to my bank by a friend from germany.
Last month we have raised 1716 usd and this month probably more as I don't know what value it will be during withdrawal. A group of regular steemit donors has good communication with me to know update about the cause and how the fund going to school and they advice me what to do and not do. The group of people are @tecnosgirl @girlbeforemirror @canadian-coconut @velimir @kenny-crane @lindahas @pennsif
We have often chat in group to share update about school fund and any important cause and talk in voice hangout for discussion.
