Hello Dear Steemians, we have been working for two days to make overall report of our steemit charity account. It was hard for me to take all things perfectly as steemit pays for different actions and I am making the report for steemit first time. I @Azizbd am hoping to make monthly report for our school's steemit account. It will show how your support are helping us to change lives. We will make monthly report for our charity Revenue and Expenses we made from Steemit. As we are making the post on 14 October, our next monthly report will be on 14 November.

First I would like to bring the campaign we made weekly to crowdfund for kids fruits program and We trust you will find all income and expenses clearly.

It is difficult to measure with USD as we are having the support in SBD and STEEM and STEEM POWER. Let me apologize first if I raise any doubt in your mind. Please ask me in comment or by private chat so I can clear you about the specific questions.

Fruits Program Campaign

Please see above the revenue we made since the beginning of our crowdfunding campaign for our weekly fruits programs.

We made 10 crowdfunding campaigns for our weekly fruits program so far while #10 is in pending. Along with post reward, we received 175.26 SBD as direct donation. We are considering each Steem and SBD as $1. We received $68.74 post reward from 1 to 9 fruit program campaigns. But as you know we get 50/50 payouts, so half goes to Steem Power and we received only 34.37 SBD. We will Power Down when we will find scope to fill advance expense made by me.

Promotional Expense The promotional expenses are the direct expenses we made to promote our charity posts directly. it includes bot @minnowbooster @booster @buildawhale @randowhale @discordia whaleshares and also resteem service by @carlobelgado .

Utility Expenses The expenses are amount we considered to cover electricity, internet and depreciation expenses. Promotional $25.91+ Utility $10= $ 35.91 Total Amount Received = ( SBD+ Direct donation )- (Promotional cost+Utility Expenses) Total Amount Received = ( $34.37+ $175.26)- $35.91 = $ 173.72

Transaction Cost are cost we made over online. As the SBD converted to BTC, it takes small charges. When we are using Bittrex tx fee 0.00100000 BTC = $ 4.5/ $ 5 . The transaction to Payza takes 2.9% + $ 0.30 for each transaction. And Bank takes 50 BDT or $ 0.63 for every transaction we made. The cost $10 will cover all the transaction fees.

Final Amount Final Amount is the amount we received after all kind of cost to cover our fruits program. Total Amount Received = ( Amount we received)- (transaction cost+bank counter fee) Total Amount Received = $ 173.72- ($ 10+$ 0.63) = $ 162.90

Fruits Program Cost

We are fully funded by Steemit Community to cover fruits every week. As you know from above that we received final amount of $162.90. Our overall cost of the fruits program are showed below.



The expense we made last couple of weeks with the help of steemit Funds. The expenses were made by me though the amount are in online and sometimes post payout waiting. The expense includes cost of fruits since 9 June, 2017. As, The amount of SBD or direct donation take time to get real money. As, I personally use money of my personal sources in advance, So I consider the equivalent amount to SBD as my bought SBDs from @SchoolForSDG4 . If you have better Idea, Please comment your opinion.

Total Expenses for fruits program excluding last week's fruits program was $113.81.

Excess Fund are fund we hold within Steem Power and SBD or Steem. We have $34.37 in Steem Power + $49.09 in SBD or Steem excess to cover future cost of Fruits program. ( = $ 83.46 )

School Bags Fundraising and Expense

Thanks to all kind people who helped us lot to cover the expenses of School Bags allocation program cost. We made two campaigns and we received direct donations too from honorable donors. The allocation program post got more $89.24 as post reward excluding curation reward.



From below, you can find the revenue we received from Steemit to cover all expenses from Steemit. After adding direct donations; Post Rewards and deducting Promotional costs; Utility Expenses;Transaction Costs and bank fees we received $ 72.84 as school Bags funds. Most of the fund we received after we made the cost.



The total cost of School Bags program was $ 80 while the fund we received $72.84 . So we are Powering Down $ 7.16 so we can make the program was fully paid by Steemit Community.

School Activities Campaign

The campaign we made to let you know how kids are learning at @SchoolForSDG4. It depends on my personal time to put my energy to let you know how we are working with kids. I wished to make post everyday but it is so hard to do as I also blog with my personal blog which cover my personal income.



We completed 10 series of campaigns to raise fund for our school operating costs. Hope one day we will able to cover all costs from our steemit fundraising.



In Total we received support of $159.25 from Steemit after deducting related costs. The amount also includes our random/ unusual articles made by @SchoolForSDG4.



The cost we made with the supports of Steemit Community. It does not represent the all cost of the school in last few months but the cost keeping in mind that the cost will be paid from Steemit Revenue. We are powering down to collect the advance cost made by us. The total cost $211.44 - Total SBD $159.25 = $ 52.19 Dollars needed to pay the cost we made advance for above purposes. As we already have $87.30 within Steem Power, So we can collect fund from there too. Also we will able to add the fund generated by this post. We donated Al-amin's family every month to help her family and bring him at school again. He backed to School.



We currently have 156.402 Steem Power ! If we get more Post reward in form of SBD, we will not need to be power down but we can save the Steem Power to secure their future.

We will be happy to edit any kind of information as it is first time we providing our report. We already mentioned that we will make monthly report for our Charity. We will hopefully make next monthly report of our revenue and expenses in 14th November, 2017. The report will show monthly expenses we made and revenue we received from Steemit. We will also round up the cost monthly rather than weekly to make average transaction cost lower.

Campaign For School Laptop

The campaign for school laptop are ongoing. I already received a donation of 128 Dollars from local donor. I will be happy to buy a used computer from my network if the campaigns generate less than we want. We already received $ 5 = 5 SBD from @tecnosgirl and $15.980 = 15.980 SBD from @lindahas for school Laptop. So we are slowly to reach expected amount. Our post reward for crowdfunding campaign earned $9.392 where 50% of it in Steem Power ( 4.696 SBD and 4.522 STEEM POWE ) . We will power down the amount we needed.
