7 Chakras In 7 Days

For those who don't know, I do a weekly colab with @eftnow (hosted on his account), called The D-Files.
As the name suggests, it's X-Files kinda topics, but with a more practical, spiritual focus.
It comes out on Friday, each week.
Well, as a special mini-series, within the D-Files, we are doing "7 Chakras, In 7 Days".
It is a 7 day series on chakra toning, with each day focusing on one of the 7 primary chakras of the body. It will be available on @dtube as a vlog, and on @dsound as an audio podcast.
