SteemIt Fitness Resolutions #4: Full Body Beginner Workout (ANYWHERE - ANYTIME)
In spirit of my latest series of posts addressing fitness and health topics as the New Year get's closer, I wanted to post an alternate beginner workout that you can utilize! This one has the option for using weights such as DB's to increase the intensity so this can be something you advance to or you can alternate between this workout and another to create more of a routine!
FIRST THREE EPISODES OF THE NEW YEARS FITNESS RESOLUTION SERIES:
(Ep. 3) Basics of Dieting - https://steemit.com/dtube/@brianturner/wpc2k6jo
(Ep. 2) 10's Beginner Workout: https://steemit.com/dtube/@brianturner/9wbmuiay
(Ep. 1) New Years resolution motivation - https://steemit.com/dtube/@brianturner/r44rehxi
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
Complete All 5 exercises for 1 cycle
Complete 3 cycles on first workout & increase up to 10:
- 1 - Planks (30 seconds)
- 2 Renegade Rows (8 reps)
- 3 Air Squats (10 reps)
- 4 overhead press (10 reps)
- 5 Ice Skaters (10 Reps)
This workout is great for building core strength and overall stabilizing muscles in the body that you will NEED to have before you move into the more traditional weight training workouts and more intense exercises. Think of this as a primer for your body to start getting fit the first 3-4 weeks and then you can increase the intensity more and more with other workouts!
We're almost at the end of the year, let's make these life changes!

Nice post bro. These routines are very necessary to build and maintain a healthy body. It is very crucial people, medically to exercise regularly as these would help keep the heart muscle active as well as maintain the activities of the cells. So as you see @brianturner routine is nice and if followed would be very advantageous to the body.
