Today is day 67 of my 77 daily push-ups!
I'll be the wave today. Generally, the horoscope I'm Pisces and I can swim well, so these push-ups to my liking – wave push-ups.

Wave push-ups are similar to some yoga poses – for example, a dog muzzle up and a dog muzzle down. The use of such push-ups is that they allow you to work out all three bundles of chest muscles by changing the angle of inclination of the body, train the mobility of the spine and strengthen the muscles-stabilizers.

-Yeah, didn't you notice my wave hair? I've had it for a long time. Once it was so fashionable that even my first wife Ivana wore wavy hair. At least it's better than the other standing wave! By the way, I know that my voters like my wavy hair – everyone tries to make a whirlpool in my hair!..
