“Clap-push-ups”
Today is day 66 of my 77 daily push-ups!
I'll do push-ups, clap my hands. Push-up professionals can do this by doing push-ups as usual. But I tried to do so and almost fell nose to the floor, so I'll clap my hands, doing push-ups in a simplified way – from the knees.
-Donald, how do you feel about clapping your hands? Maybe you like applause?
