“Pushups with weight”
Today is day 64 of my 77 daily push-ups!
I'm doing push-ups with extra weight today. This is a load that can complicate push-ups, increase the load on the chest muscles, shoulders and triceps.
The weight can be adjusted at will. And it does not even matter where you do push-ups – in the gym, at home or in nature – just take any weight that will be at hand, and the additional load is provided to you!
-Donald, I'm not gonna offer you push-ups with extra weight because you already have enough. I recently watched a video of you dancing and realized why you're progressing so slowly in push-ups. In fact, you have to do push-ups with your own weight. I even sympathize with you! But let's do push-ups!

I might have to try some extra weight. I do 7 or the video but try and do 100 throughout the day. That's been pretty tough
