In this fasting month, many Muslim communities shorten the time in doing all the activities. They do that because thirst is thrown for holding thirst and hunger.

Many of them spent time in the mosque for worship and rest waiting for maghrib time to arrive.

During the afternoon, they are busy searching for food and drinks in the market to break their fast.
One of the favorite drinks is the Doger Ice that is sold on the roadside.

Does steemians know what is Ice Doger?
Well, in this post I want to tell about a wheelbarrow or what is often called a doger ice cart.

Ice doger is a typical drink of central Java that is very famous in the ear, even almost every Indonesian people ever tasted it.

In the month of fasting, cold drinks are hunted by most people, including ice doger. Usually, this cold drink will be enjoyed when the day before or during the breaking of the fast.

Although the ice doger comes from central Java precisely in the city of Cirebon, but this type of cold drink is in demand by the people of Aceh, especially the city of Lhokseumawe.

In the 1980s, this beverage was sold by the way borne. The sales process is quite time consuming, and the selling price is low. Finally, the idea of ​​how to sell cold drinks quickly sold.

The idea is run by using a wheelbarrow tool whose purpose is to attract buyers. Time passed, finally the drink was known as the Ice Doger which means a wheelbarrow or push the cart.

There are several ingredients to be prepared :

coconut milk, sugar, young coconut shelled, glutinous tape and sweetened condensed milk.

After providing the above materials, we start with the next step is how to manufacture.

The way of processing are :

• Boil the coconut milk with sugar until boiling.

• After the coconut milk to boil, lift the stew and insert it into freezer.

• After freezing, please grate into the mixer for 3 times.

• Add the grated young coconut that has been provided.

• Ready to be served and taste the delicacy.

For color, use syrup that suits our taste.
