These little cupcakes have the magic to invite you taste it, with one bite of this decadent, moist chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting, every single person ate one commented that this was the best chocolate cupcake they’d ever tasted. You can make chocolate cupcakes without the frosting if you need less calories, but who does care? it's summer right!

Best Chocolate Cupcakes

Prep time: 20 mins
Baking time: 25 mins
Yield: 12 cupcakes

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk

For buttercream frosting:

170g butter (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk (add more as it needs)

The way:

-Preheat oven at 180°C. prepare cupcakes mold by placing muffin liner.
-In a large bowl mix butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time with vanilla extract mix until smooth mixture.

Sift dry ingredients then add it into two phases with the milk at the mixture.
Mix all together until you have a smooth cake mixture.
Pour the cake mixture into the cup cakes molds.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Place cupcakes on a wire rack to completly cool before decorate with buttercream.
For buttercream frosting: In a bowl mix butter and powdered sugar(add sugar gradually) then add vanilla and milk, mix until you have a smooth chocolate buttercream frosting.
In a decoration bag set the star tip, fill bag with buttercream, decorate cupcakes.
