Tasty and easy to make these beautiful fried cauliflower bites. It is my mom recipe and still my favourit, when i was a child, i used to watch my mother made some of these bites and love to eat with some fried french.

Prep time: 10 mins
frying time: 15 mins
Yield: 10 bites

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1/2 Small cauliflower
1 small onion
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Salt, black pepper, to taste
sunflower oil, for frying
