Deep Dives 9 came to a close this past weekend etching more quality research into the blockchain. As you know, this instalment focused yet again on the vast Wikileaks collection where there seems to be no shortage of interesting documents to sift through for those who are so inclined. Fortunately for us, the Deep Dives community has a small but growing community of likeminded researchers who time and again are able to unearth some seriously engaging material.

A big thank you to everyone who made contributions to DD9. From Steem veterans, to noobs and plankton your efforts are always appreciated! We’d like to also welcome all newcomers who joined us on this digital expedition, we’re glad you could make it. Welcome Aboard!!

One of the great things about #deepdives is that there are times when independent research submissions seem to compliment one-another. This time we saw the subject of ‘secret weapons’ become the unofficial theme of DD9 in a completely organic way.

The early Tsunami Bomb article was followed up by a pair of great posts by @shepz1 who picked up the trail and dove into the subject of weather modification. On top it off, @natepower threw down an exceptional post on the California wildfires and DEWs. And we also had @krnel make his late entry about secret CIA bioweapons!

This is the kind of cross collaboration that we love to see! Adding multiple layers to a subject and building on the work of others has always been something we hoped to enable and something we’d like to encourage.

In his first deep dives post, @natepower asks the question that’s been on a lot of people’s minds since the devastating wildfires ravaged the state of California in recent weeks. Are the wildfires the result of directed energy weapons? Many have speculated on the possibility but @natepower goes beyond the speculation and unearths documents from the Wikileaks archive that point to the development and testing of DEWs that date back to the 1970s. A seriously thought provoking piece. Congratulations, excellent post!

Why We Fight

Another first-time contributor, @direrat’s post is an unflinching look at Norway’s role in the humanitarian intervention bombing and liberation destruction of Libya. As a member of NATO, Norway’s involvement in the bombing campaign was not to meant to precipitate the overthrow of the Gaddafi regime but "to save civilian lives". The UN resolution on the so called “humanitarian resolution” makes this very clear.

At the time, the Norwegian Government officially stated the bombing was "to save civilian lives", and they stridently denied seeking regime change. This is a critical point, because regime change was not permitted under UN resolution 1973, which authorized the use of force in Libya.


Clinton State Department emails also highlight that the UN resolutions did not give the green light on regime change. At the same time, and more importantly, the emails revealed that the US did indeed seek regime change in Libya.

Well done @direrat! This was a fresh look at the ‘love bombing’ of Libya from the Norwegian perspective. Solid entry.

The Lesser Known CIA Mind Control and Biological Warfare Projects

Once again, a great piece of research by one of #deepdives core researchers, @krnel. This one delves deep into the history of multiple programs linked to the CIA’s MK-ULTRA project. Experiments into the development of lethal biological weapons as well as a long list of pharmacological and toxicological concoctions related to mind control, truth serums, and identifying drugs that could potentially be employed to modify human behavior were explored by The Agency/DOD/Army. Other experiments focused on the drugs that could be leveraged in interrogation and even torture settings.

A stimulating and an excellent contribution to the growing Deep Dives library. Fascinating finds, @krnel!

    Thanks to everyone for their support, I left all my truth friends behind on Facebook and never started writing like we do on Steemit until this summer, I found it terribly uncomfortable at first, but currently I am having a great time on Steemit, the information sharing is incredible, and it's a different kind of people, I learned a lot from the deep dive that had nothing to do with the topic I was researching, I found a way to add real world intelligence that may not be a smoking gun per say, but it is real hard Intel that can't be disputed, I never used Wikileaks for research before, and didn't quite know what to do with it, but it added
    credibility and hard evidence that the technology exists to do exactly what the eye witnesses and researches claiming that Directed Energy Weapons were used to start fires in California. Wikileaks proved Lethal Airborne lasers exist and they are powerful enough to torch a speeding missle made of steel, that 747's are the vehicles for D.E.W's, That California is home to Edwards AFB which houses 747's with Airborne lasers, California is home to where the Military tests airborne lasers,
    They can torch a city from 100's of miles away and you would never see the aircraft, I think the fact that 747's with airborne lasers are right in California where the fires are it gives so much credibility to the researcher's who have been leading the charge, what's original about the Deep Dives is that I don't know one prominent truth researcher that deep dives Wikileaks to validate claims, as simple as that concept is it is a new way for amateurs doing this as a hobby can find original material that isn't already circulating, but everyone who has done this challenge multiple times are the real winners because I thought it was hard, and it took alot of reading, and my ADD had me ready to fly off the keyboard, DireRat had an awesome post, I have been using the term U.S.and NATO for years railing against the hell on Earth they created in Libya and Syria, As an American I admit I never think outside this country sometimes, I must admit I never think past the U.S.and Great Britian, and used NATO so generically never realizing the individual contributions of what constitutes NATO and how much power is locked up in that alliance, and Krnel post brought back memories, when I was in the Army in Germany there was a period where quite a bit of LSD was circulated by a guy who's nickname was Sephus, he was strange because he joined the ARMY right at the oldest year allowed I think 35, but there was a lot of undercover cops, and this guy had a hollowed out Bible with a book of LSD paper an inch thick never got caught, and our Barracks turned into a rave for a month, I wonder if it was Government Acid? LoL thanks Shepz, and Angryman, and V4Vapid and everyone else for your support and taking time out to read my post,if it wasn't for you guys, I wouldn't have nobody on earth to share information with, All my Truth information sharing is done 100% online I don't share or talk about this with one person I physically know where I live, and thanks a million for informationwar for curating and voting on Truth related material

      Your input is much appreciated. It certainly helps to have more eyes on the same topics/documents which often leads to some insights or discoveries the OPs may have missed or left out. The more the merrier I guess.
      Any reason why you didn't enter your pieces in the challenge this time?
      Just curious really.

      I figure that maybe the nature of 'contests' might turn some people off as they prefer to just write in their own style and also not worry about deadlines. It's really not about winning, in the end, it's all about getting people to explore the documented evidence and possibly uncover some important discoveries that haven't come to light.

        Any reason why you didn't enter your pieces in the challenge this time?
        Just curious really.

        I was trying to spread the word and get more people involved I suppose, as it is not about just me. And the more the involved the merrier from my perspective. Plus winning crypto is not high on my priorities, other people need the money more than me, especially at this time of the year.
