DEW- Directed energy weapons! - Wikileaks! Part 2.
So with the timing being perfect!.
Part 2 of this was going to contain other different types of weapons also, though with the MSM turning their attention to the fires in California, and conspiracy theorists, and as per usual trying to discredit anyone that looks at anything from a different angle, than their copy paste truth. I decided to concentrate part 2 on DEW, directed energy weapons. And due to them stating they do not exist (they are still in their infancy), I used Wikileaks to prove that guess what? They do!.

“Most of their evidence [regarding the laser theory], which is frequently delivered in rambling, overlong YouTube videos, is based around how some stuff on the ground appears burned and other stuff... burned... less?” Cracked noted.
One theory is that lasers, perhaps operated by aliens, terrorists, or the US government, were shot from planes or spaceships to cause the fires. Another is that the wildfires were the result of, who else, the Illuminati, again by lasers. And a third is that drug cartels were somehow involved. Source that uses snopes lol to try to debunk anything, jokers.
The second article is below, claiming DEW and electronic warfare weapons are as of now fictitious and do not exist & just a figment of our imagination. If so - why was a study made by The American government in 2014, with regards to the global market for just such devices? I will show you that after their attempt yet again at journalism.

Not a bad list is it from 2014, for a market that the MSM states quite clearly is in it's infancy in 2018 and simply does not exist.

With regards to the Californian fires.
From those articles above from the MSM. They did get one thing correct. Something is not right with the photographs the MSM has shown regarding the cars that were burnt. I have had a car of my own set fire, and watched it burn whilst waiting for the fire brigade to arrive, the wheels did not melt. I also worked in the automotive trade my whole life, and whilst at places like Land Rover, we had to safety test cars for fire, we set light to lots of them, even put some in ovens and torched them. Not once did a aluminum or metal wheel melt.
Either the photos used are misleading, and they want people to make up conspiracy stories to discredit us, or something else more sinister is at play, so yes, something in those photos really is amiss, and not correct.
Amazing is it not how wheels melted, yet a thin number plate did not! I smell a rat.
Hey shepz. I also find it fascinating to look at how plausible these theories are and the number plate still recognizable doesn't ring true for me either.
I am thinking they always leave a clue as to what and why, and this to me looks like a clue, one so obvious anyone spotting it, will and can be labelled "a conspiracy nutter" as they do.

No doubting the shit load of explosives, you could hear them when they were interviewing firemen, and also the same firemen said live on tv that the stairwells blew up, and the lift shafts/lobby, that is easily proved via videos, the other I could not prove though.

I find Judy Woods evidence in "Where Did The Towers Go" compelling. There is clear and unequivocal evidence that such weapons exits, Dazzler and Active Denial for example, so it really doesn't seem so contentious to me. Aside from the fact that no one knows how or why 9/11 happened (geopolitically we might hazard a guess) what is more interesting to me is the absolute furor and refusal to countenance the possibility of DEW during 9/11 by the so called 'truther movement.' I think Steven E.Jones beligerent rejection of Wood's evidence is highly suspicious. Why not explore all possibilities?

I missed it, and did not see any reference to white light anywhere, I am going purely from the visuals of the photos on this one. In fact I had not even read anyone saying DEW were used except the MSM interestingly enough.

Not entirely relevant to your arguments, but, at about 1990, I bought a CD called "The_Anarchist_Cookbook_by_William_Powell_(1971)"
It had descriptions and step-by-step instructions for weapons I had not even imagined at that time.
I went looking for it again and found it as a pdf with the EXACT same title, but all the exotic weapons are gone.
Some of the weapons were DEW and or Sonar. Obviously those who used to make it available no longer are in control...I may be wrong, but I seem to recall the original having detailed instructions of how to make an atomic bomb in your garage - which upset many an there was a lot of publicity about it. Now that bit of info is gone.
Here is what I found.
I am right, they have removed stuff from it. For example - It was where I first learnt about experiments on using sound to explode buildings and they even gave some info on how to create such a weapon.
I think that as the military began to use certain of the newer ideas, they were 'diappeared'. Trouble is, I need transport to go check in storage in case I still have original CD.
