WOW! I get up this morning to find STEEM up to almost 30cents. A few days ago we were hovering around 7cents. Just an amazing turn around. The question is, how long will it last and of course, where is the buying interest coming from?

Onward to today’s rambling

@noisy projects himself 10 years into the future and writes about the changes that Dan’s coding genius has brought to the world. Interesting read.

On Life, Aging, Cancer and Family

@whatsup writes about a day spent with her mom as her spouse goes through surgery. The difficulty of not only the stress of the day for all involved but combined with a difficult relationship with someone you love but don’t always like. Having lost both of my parents and a beloved aunt to cancer and having what I’d call a love-hate relationship with my own mother, I can relate strongly. Well written @whatsup

UPDATE: So, here it is, Monday March 20th and I’ve not been able to get this one done. Best laid plans to get a weekend of writing done got blown to hell. But, that’s life and I’ll carry on.

As I started reading this post I thought of the comment my oldest brother has been known to say, “those kids will never know they have had a good day because they have never had a bad day”. As the story progressed the child sought out the ‘bad day’ but went a bit overboard before finding some balance. Excellent post by @giantbear

Tesla Energy is Getting Serious – A Battery Powered World?

It has become obvious during my lifetime that the world needs reliable and clean ways to generate our power. I remember when I first started hearing about solar energy the big complaint was that there wasn’t an adequate way to store the generated power for when the sun wasn’t producing. Technology is advancing to the point, that a whole island in Hawaii is able to run off of solar and Tesla battery packs. This nine minute video is worth watching.

Pineapple on pizza: HardFork doubts ELI5

@gtg writes a cute post equating reaching the hardfork with pineapple pizza. You know the pineapple is there but not sure what else is, so it takes some trust of the cook to be able to order it.

There is a new virus that is set to threaten Humanity. It is known as the TRUTH virus..!!

This day and age of fake news, lies and more lies, it is good to be reminded of the need to actually find truth.

Seems the last week or so there is an obsession with writing about STEEM and Steemit. I’m purposely steering away from looking at very many for the Ramble. It will need to be one that I really think is a standout before I will consider it. There is a lot more to write about in this world.
