Kakao Talk Creator is Launching a Cryptocurrency Exchange Upbit
Kakao Talk is a world-wide famous South Korean smartphone messenger app and 95% of smartphones in the country are using it.
It also has a mobile stock trading app called Kakao Stock which primarily based in the messenger app.
Recently, it added cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum to the trading app this August 2017.
Today, Dunamu Inc. which is affiliated with Kakao Corp. announced to launch a cryptocurrency exchange which is called Upbit next month.
It will use the technology of Bittrex and will support over 110 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin
It will be accessible through desktop computers and mobile devices that run on iOS and Android platforms and aims to be the largest cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea.
Preregistration is currently available in their website where preregistered members will be part of a drawing to win 1 coin from the list of cryptocurrencies on Upbit including Bitcoin.

Omise was chosen by Mcdonald's Thailand to become its exclusive payment gateway on its website and mobile app.
The payment gateway is based in the country and offers a wide range of processing solutions to merchants and enterprise businesses.
With Omise online and mobile checkout process for the consumers will be simple, speedy and convenient.
LocalBitcoins has just Finished Compensating Customers of their Bitcoin Cash
Previously, LocalBitcoins has stated that they will not support Bitcoin Cash and will stick to their decision.
However, instead of providing support to Bitcoin Cash, they decided to sell all of its BCH holdings in exchange for BTC and share the converted amount to all users who held Bitcoin on their account during Bitcoin cash airdrop with the corresponding value.
Today, they announced they have completed compensating their customers who holds Bitcoin on their account on August 1, 2017 with the corresponding Bitcoin Cash to Bitcoin rate.
Those who hold below 0.0002 BTC will not be compensated since conversion fee is of the same amount.
The company also reinstated that they will never support any altcoins as their focus is to remain on their core business.
