Unproven Rumors: Bitcoin to be Accepted in Amazon by October
There have been rumors going around that Amazon may start accepting Bitcoin payments this October 2017.
A newsletter says that Amazon has a financial reason has no choice but to accept bitcoin as soon as possible.
The writer cited Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne's statement:
“They have to follow suit. I will be stunned if they do not, since they can not just cede that part of the market to us, if we are the only major, large retail site taking bitcoin.”
It also noted that Amazon's biggest competitor eBay has already expressed its interest to Bitcoin.
BitIndia, a Cryptocurrency Exchange and Wallet for India
Backed by John McAfee, a British-American computer programmer and businessman, BitIndia has launched and started its ICO on September 19, 2017.
The open-source platform will allow users to have secure transactions and hold private keys on the blockchain nodes.
The exchange will allow anyone to easily understand and use the process of buying and selling in a fast and safe platform ever designed.
The BitIndia wallet will let users buy groceries, pay bills and dining in restaurants.
BitIndia's goal is to increase awareness of Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies and the blockchain in the country in the next three years.
