88% of Japanese Have Heard Of Bitcoin According To A Survey

A Japanese survey has recently shown that 88% of the country's population have heard of Bitcoin.

Also, the survey said that 47% of those who have Bitcoin have used them in retail stores most of them hold Bitcoin for long-term investment.

The survey was conducted by Macromill Group which have agencies throughout 90 countries.

The Japanese government has legalized Bitcoin in the country in April this year and has freed Bitcoin selling from consumption Tax.

Also, there are already a number of store, even the major ones, are already accepting Bitcoin payment from consumers.

CME Group To Launch Bitcoin Futures On December 10, 2017

The Chicago Mercentile Exchange Group has recently announced a plan of launching its Bitcoin-based derivatives product this quarter.

Now, they have announced the exact date of launching the derivatives product which is on December 10, 2017 at exactly 5pm EDT.

This futures will be based on the price Bitcoin per US dollar with a contract unit of 5 index points.

The derivatives product will be listed on CME, Clearport & CME's Globex central standard time, and the 5 index points will be 25 USD.

Will it decrease Bitcoin price volatility or will increase more of its swing?
