In Hong Kong, there is a local restaurant culture is the above one! You will find many of them in every district. We called it Tea restaurant! Tea restaurant is a restaurant originated in Hong Kong, providing Hong Kong-style Western food and some Chinese food, is the commonplace of Hong Kong catering.

上圖的餐廳就是在香港最本地的飲食文化！ 你會發現在全港每個地區都會有很多這類型的餐廳， 我們叫它茶餐廳！ 茶餐廳是起源於香港的餐廳，提供港式西餐和一些中餐。

The tea restaurant was appeared in 60-70s, the people will go there for tea time, have a cup of coffee or tea with a cake or bread! And there have many dishes include chinese and western food, rice, noddles, spaghetti, etc., more than 100 items. What you want there will offer you! Moreover, they have catering services, and the most important is common price!

茶餐廳在60 - 70年代出現，人們會去那裡下午茶，享用一杯咖啡或茶加上一些蛋糕或麵包！ 而且還有很多菜式，有中西食物、炒粉麵飯、粥品等一應俱備，起碼有100多樣選擇， 你想要什麼菜式都會為你提供！ 而且，他們有外賣到會服務，其次最重要的就是價格相宜！

You can find there have many kinds of bread at the front of the shop, some restaurant was in famous of Pineapple buns and Hong-Kong tea with milk!

你可以在店前部份看到有很多不同款式的麵包，有的茶餐廳的菠蘿包及港式奶茶遠近馳名！

The one was local in Mong Kok, the name was called Ice House. The icehouse appeared in Hong Kong as early as the late 19th century!

這店的位置在旺角，名字叫冰室， 早在19世紀末，冰室就已經出現在香港了！

The famous fresh Pineapple buns is here!

這裡有新鮮出爐的菠蘿包！

Because of too famous, many travellers visit here!

因為太出名了，很多遊客都會慕名而來！

Another very special thing is their menu! They will change the set menu every day by hand write!

另外一件很特別的就是茶餐廳的菜單！他們會每天用手寫的來轉換菜式！

This is the other style of restaurant menu!

另一款手寫餐牌！

Nowadays there are many new restaurants to pretend the old one like the above one! All the food are not the same as the old one!
Finally, I want to said that please keep the culture of Hong Kong Tea Restaurant. Even though the rent is very expensive, we must keep the traditional food style and quality!

現在有很多新的餐廳好像上面的那樣假裝是舊的茶餐廳！ 所有的食物都和舊的茶餐廳不一樣！
最後，我想說，請保持香港茶餐廳的文化，即使租金非常昂貴，我們也必須保持傳統的食物風格和質量！
