In Kowloon City, there still have many houses that had no lift, five, seven or nine floors. All of these house are very old, over 40 years! Because of no lift, the rent will be more cheaper than others!

When you live in the city, there was very inconvenience that your house have no lift! You can not order the takeaway, all of takeaway will not arrived to your floor! You need to take the order at the ground floor! If you want to buy some furniture or large appliances, you need to pay the extra charge! Sometimes, if you were drunk that is the worst thing. How can you climb up seven or nine floor to go back home!

在九龍城，還有很多樓宇是沒有電梯的，有五層、七層甚至九層， 這些房子的樓齡都非常老，超過40年！ 由於沒有電梯的關係，租金便會比較便宜！
當你住在市區時，沒有電梯的樓宇是很非常不方便的！ 你不能訂購外賣，所有外賣都不會送到你的樓層，如果有餐廰願意接受這訂單，你便需要落去地下樓層收取食物！ 如果你想購買一些家具或大型家電，你需要支付額外的費用，是按每層計算的！ 有時候如果你喝醉了，那是最壞的情況，要爬上七或九層才能回家裡！

You will find some of them was very colorful! Some old building reconstruction scheme was replaced by old building repair project! The landlord of the house need to pay money to repair the whole building, they would paint the outer wall, renew the cables and water tubes!
I am so lucky, my house have lift, actually I don't prefer this district to be reconstruction. Here have many parks, buildings are not too crowded. The neighborhood around is so friendly!

你會發現有一些樓宇是非常色彩豐富的，因為近幾年 舊樓重建方案被舊樓維修工程所取代。政府規定 業主需要付錢修理整棟樓宇，他們會把外牆重新油漆，更新電纜及水管等！
很幸運我所住的房子是有電梯的，其實我並不想這個地區重建， 這裡有很多公園，樓宇密度不是太高，社區的鄰里關係也不錯的！
