"Let Go..." - Daily Word #44
Why do we hold to people and things?
Is it because we are just a little bit insecure? Or is it because you and I need some external validation? Or perhaps we may be just too stuck in our own ways and not open to change?
Seemingly, we can actually choose to just LET GO, but instead we Hang On. The worst part of it is that we know that these people and things may not be good for us to have or to follow, to rely on and to trust. You can say there are times, we have become stubborn (desensitized) to our circumstance that we choose what's most logical not what's right or what's best.
For example, we might hold on to a Job that is causing us so much Stress, Pain and even Grief but because we think we don't have any choices or don't have any way out, we have resigned to the fact that "such is our life".
Today I'd like to bring you to another one of my favourite verses in Proverbs 3:5-6 (Passion Translation), verse 5 is here...
"Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make"

Let Go... and LET GOD into your situations and circumstances.
Yes I know, it's easier said than done. But the question is "Do you really TRUST Him with your Life?" If you do, you will Let Go and just let Him Guide you, Lead your Heart in Every Decision. It's as easy as saying "Lord, I release my life to you... yes, everything to you".
And it goes on in verse 6...
"Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go. Don’t think for a moment that you know it all..."

The secret here is to become INTIMATE with Him.
Without getting close to Him, you will feel that your Life is like walking into a BIG Maze. You can just about see what's in front of you...and perhaps the sides as well but nothing clearly marked out. No clear signs along the way either.
Don't be LOST and alone. Let Him come in. Let Him help you, as you Let Go.

very good post @seekgod, this is very useful for everyone, and can be a very good motivation for all of us. in this life we must make choices, and always pray to God, take time to read us holy, and do not do deeds that do not like the god. That way, our lives will always be happy. Thanks for sharing
