With three laps to go, a head-to-head race for the top eight places is in the lead, today's winner, @samostically, also being the final winner. Despite a little lower participation than usual, we were able to gain a lot of experience and to put aside existing residual doubts. Chess is much more than just a game, it reflects the physical and mental fitness to the same extent and I hope for something bearable temperatures to get back into the top eight. Here is the result:
Drei Runden vor Ende der Saison zeichnet sich ein Kopf an Kopf Rennen um die ersten acht Plätze ab, wobei der heutige Gewinner @samostically auch der endgültige Gewinner sein wird. Trotz etwas geringerer Beteiligung als üblich konnten wir wiederum einiges an Erfahrung sammeln und bestehende Restzweifel ablegen. Schach ist weitaus mehr als nur ein Spiel, reflektiert es doch die körperliche und geistige Fittness in gleichem Maße und ich hoffe auf etwas erträglichere Temperaturen um wieder unter die ersten Acht zu kommen.
