Bitcoin forecast for 21 December, 2017
Bitcoin’s price stabilized at about $16,900. The cryptocurrency rate is now below the moving average with a period of 55, indicating a “bearish” trend for Bitcoin. At the same time Bitcoin price is moving near the lower border of the Bollinger Bands indicator bars.
If it breaks $16,520 we should expect an attempt to further falling and continuation of a downward trend with a target near the level of $13,420.
The conservative area for Bitcoin sales is located near the upper boundary of the Bollinger Bands indicator bands at $19290. Alternative scenario – Bitcoin's price will move over the upper border of the Bollinger Bands indicator bands, as well as the moving average with a period of 55 and the rate of the pair will grow above the $20,150.
It will indicate a change in the trend in favor of the “bull”. In the event of a breakdown of the lower boundary of the bands of the Bollinger Bands indicator it is expected acceleration of the “bearish” trend.
