Co-founder of the largest site about cryptocurrency sold all his Bitcoins
Co-founder and technical director of Bitcoin.com, one of the most famous sites about Bitcoin, Emil Oldenburg said that he sold all his BTC. Now he is investing in Bitcoin Cash.
A Swedish entrepreneur who has lived in Tokyo for the past three years didn’t specify how many Bitcoins he had and how much money he got for them. At the same time, he criticized Bitcoin, calling investments in it "the most risky investments that can be made." He also said that Bitcoin "is as good as it is useless."
According to Oldenburg, the main problems of BTC are high commissions and delays in operations.
He said:
"When people understand how bitcoin works, they will start selling it."
The co-founder of Bitcoin.com admitted that in the last three years his entire income was in Bitcoins. Oldenburg explained that "it's time to dump the risky cryptocurrency," and switched to Bitcoin Cash, a Bitcoin fork that was made in August 2017. He called Bitcoin Cash the opposite of Bitcoin and "future" of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
